Members Conference holds the ultimate authority. The Board of Directors executes agenda on members’ behalf between Conferences. Board of Supervisors provides oversight. Board of Directors nominates the Managing Director and designates Executive Director. Board of Supervisors nominates Executive Supervisor to evaluate daily operations. TPA establishes Regulation Research Committee, Investment Management Committee, Member Development Committee, Safety Inspection Committee, Technological Advancement Committee, and Secretariat. TPA has members from government, equipment manufacturer, construction investors, car park operators, traffic planning /technical consultants and industry, academic or government subject matter experts.
